Fresh Raw (Unpasteurized) Milk -

The best milk you've ever tasted from our sweet Jersey cow, "Claire". Jersey milk is known to be higher in beta-carotene and butterfat than most other breeds. Claire is fed grass and hay only with a small supplement of sprouted grain in the winter to keep her in good condition while she expends more energy to keep herself warm. High milk production is not our priority, but healthy milk from a healthy cow is. We do not use premixed dairy rations of any kind and sprout the all-natural grains ourselves for optimum nutritional benefit.

Farm Fresh Pastured Eggs -

All of our hens have access to grass, fresh air, bugs and sunshine. Thus, their eggs are fresh and much richer in vitamins and nutrients than store-bought commercial eggs. And they're delicious!

Other Dairy Products -

Cream, butter, yogurt, cultured buttermilk and cottage cheese.

Available for cow shareholders only, upon request or when supplies exceed our family's need.

Garden Fresh Veggies & Fruit - 

When in season. All natural (no pesticides or chemical fertilizers). Fertilized by the rich compost generated from our farm. Mixed greens, zuccini, onions, tomatoes and other veggies. Also, a variety of apples and peaches.
